Shipping to a country which is not in the eu

Be aware that we ship from Italy and therefore all orders to countries that are not in the EU will have the duties and taxes applied on entry that you will have to pay and we are not aware of the specific amount of taxes that your country will apply.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, it can not be cancelled or edited. If you have input the incorrect shipping details we will do our best to change the address on your parcel but once it has been processed at our warehouse this may not be possible. If it is not possible you will need to contact the courier.

We will send the tracking number to the email that you made the purchase with as soon as your item has been dispatched. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, there are currently shipping limitations to some countries, so please do contact us if you think your are in one of these countries.
I haven’t received an order confirmation, what should I do?

Do you offer exchanges?

Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or alternative item, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for the original item.

What does it mean to buy a preorder item?

We do not want to over-produce at VOLANTIS, and generate uneccessary waste, which is why we offer the option to 'preorder' on popular garments. This means you can guarantee a piece of exclusive clothing, before it sells out. Preorders must be paid in full, and your complete order will dispatch when the preorder item is back in stock.
When do you have a sale?

We don’t have sales as our pieces are timeless and do not follow fashion trends.
The item I want is sold out, is it coming back?

In order to be as sustainable as possible, we usually only produce our garments in small quantities, and therefore they may sell out. Do write to us and we will let you know if the item you want is available for preorder or will restock or if it is permanently sold out at orders@volantis.co.
How to wash my garment?

You will find a care label inside avery garment. Some may be ok to be handwashed others just for dry clean. All can be drycleaned. All can be steamed and ironed on the reverse side.
What materials do you use?

We work exclusively with natural fibers.
Mainly we work with Silk.
Some pieces are in Linen.
Our winter collection is crafted in Silk Velvet which has 80 % Viscose and 20% Silk.
How can I gift a volantis item?

We send our garments without any payment information inside, so you can order directly to your loved ones address, without any worry about them knowing the price!
Do you make made to mesure or bespoke pieces?

Generally we do not, however there are some exceptions and we may be able to accommodate your request. Contant us for specific questions about this at orders@volantis.co.
What is your packaging made from?

Our clear garment bags are made from a plant based starch which breaks down over time. All of our parcel packaging is made from recycled and recyclable paper/cardboard materials.

All of our garments are made in our Atelier in Goa, India, from a group of skilled local crafts man and women and we strive to give back to the community that has embraced us by taking care of our tailors in the best enviroment possible.

What dyes do you use for dying and printing?

We use Azo-Free dyes, free of any compound that could be toxic or allergic to humans, animals or environment.
