Refund & Shipping Policies

Refund Policy


If you want to return your purchase, please follow these steps:

1. Write an e-mail to with object “return “ and explaining the reasons for your return.

Don’t forget to add the following informations: 
Order date 
Item name and code 
Your address 
Your mobile number

2. Prepare the parcel for pick up in the original box and tape it well, put a copy of the invoice inside the parcel .

3. Use a tracked courier of your choice and send us the tracking information.

The shipping costs and import taxes if any of the return will be paid paid the customer and not by Volantis.


Once Volantis has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. Volantis is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. 

If you decide to refuse or return any shipments from Volantis, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Volantis. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

VOLANTIS reserves the right to verify the integrity of the product when returned . 
In case the product has not been used and is in perfect conditions, we will reimburse the cost of the dress minus the shipping and the expenses for the return shipping. All of this if the product is returned within 30 days of receiving.


Shipping Policy

Your order will be prepared to be sent in 1-5 business days, unless it is a preorder item, which it is stated in the product description.

Costs of shipping are for Italy euro 10, for Europe euro 18, everywhere  else euro 45.

All import taxes that may be incurring are not included in these shipping costs 

We will send you the tracking number when sent.

Returns are at the client expenses.

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. Depending on the firewall settings of your personal computer, shipping confirmations may be automatically stored in your Spam/Junk mail folder.
